Diana Lu is a talented actress and conscious writer + creator. She was last seen recurring in Fox's 9-1-1 opposite Angela Bassett, and in a large guest star role in the CBS hit series NCIS: HAWAII. Other notable credits include the season 10 finale episode of HAWAII FIVE-0, NCIS:LA, the comedy BROOKLYN NINE-NINE, the long running daytime drama, THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, and a recurring role in Snapchat's biggest interactive true-crime show SOLVE. Diana also had a supporting role in the horror feature, HELL GIRL, and lead roles in the HBO Outfest short, HERO MARS, and in the Asian American comedy film, RU, which was awarded the George C. Lin Best Emerging Filmmaker Award at DC Asian Film Festival. Diana has trained all over the world including in San Francisco (ACT, Shelton Studios, BHP), London (Royal Central School of Speech and Drama), and with various talented acting coaches in Los Angeles (full list available upon request). Her experience as a first-generation Chinese American growing up in one of the world's largest Chinatowns, continues to inspire her work. Her goals are to share stories about living "in between" cultures and she hopes to help at least one person feel less alone when they watch or read her work. She also speaks Cantonese (fluent) and Mandarin.
